Changing for
the better
We stay close to go the extra mile
Every development we deliver aims to go above and beyond expectation. It’s a benchmark which requires us to pre-empt what’s happening in the world and to stay alert to understand each sector’s unique demands.
Ultimately, the success of any property boils down to the trust we share with partners and customers. And the closer we can work together, the more prepared we’ll be for the future.
Local initiatives with the world in mind
From the outside, people will see contemporary, high-quality logistics spaces, but our work goes much deeper than that. From initial planning to after-care, we constantly think about how our developments can better the lives of those around them, and the communities they’re a part of.
This stretches across both big and small projects, from planting new woodlands and implementing solar energy to sponsoring local sports teams. Anything which sees us make an impact on those who we reach.
Doing good
creates good
Wellbeing is at the heart of every single one of our developments, and is a conscious principle when designing units and the surrounding environment. Whether it’s building biodiverse parks which encourage new habitats, running tracks which instil new habits or even a roof terrace which gives staff a place to relax on their breaks — the more we can enhance people’s day-to-day lives, the better.
Campuses of the future
At Mountpark, we don’t just construct warehouses. We create spaces which enhance and feed into nearby towns and cities. Working alongside the local community to add value, each development is made up of multiple features as well as a range of unit sizes for all business types, these campuses are improving areas for the better. They’re integrated into the landscape, they give back to the community and they’re creating a greater sense of place.
Making the biggest change we can
We support local charities in small but meaningful ways. Much like the donation of hundreds of Christmas toys each year to the local residents living close to our Spanish development in Illescas, we’ve always been eager to give back. It’s also the reason we raise money for Combat Stress, the UK’s leading charity for veterans' mental health.
This passion to help is apparent through our continued work with Variety, whereby we have helped fund five well-equipped coaches since 2014 to help pupils in the UK with special needs get to-and-from school.
And it’s why we host wellness and career days at our sites, helping our current staff relieve stresses on their mind and body, and helping potential employees find out about the opportunities offered by a career in construction. Whatever we do, we put our all into finding solutions that improve the lives of as many people as possible.
